Parts Administrator 1

Applications for the following position are invited from suitably qualified interested parties.  However, permanent team members will be considered in the first instance thereafter external applicants will be considered.

DUTIES:

*    Sell across the range Bell parts
*    Perform parts telesales & counter sales
*    Parts related administration i.e. generation of pick list and quotations
*    Strive to meet sales targets & budgets
*    Follow up on quotes created to generate revenue
*    Maintain & expedite customer back orders and feedback to customers
*    Attend to customer and debtor queries without delays
*    Filing of all parts sales related documents and customer orders
*    Assist other staff & supervisor as and when required
*    General house keeping
*    Provide standby after hours services
*    Work overtime when required

 

REQUIREMENTS:
*    Applications must have minimum of ABET L4
*    At least 1 years PARTS SALES experience
*    Knowledge of AS400 and SAP would be advantageous
*    Good general knowledge on earthmoving parts would be advantageous
*    Good customer relations
*    Ability to work under pressure
*    Good telephonic skills
*    Good computer operating skills
*    Good command of English language both written and oral
*    Valid code 8 driver’s license
*    Applicants must be well presented with excellent manners
